Cottage cheese-pudding-souffle
I want to share the recipe wonderful souffle of cheese. My kids were very happy..

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Salt

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

Egg whites to separate from yolks. Cottage cheese break egg yolks in a blender.

Add sugar, sour cream.

Pour the pudding and stir. ( I had the bag less than expected according to the recipe)

Beat the whites with the salt in the foam. In cottage cheese gently mix with the protein foam.

Grease the mold and put the cheese mass. Bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes at t-200*
