Salad
Nutritious and hearty enough salad, but not heavy. May be able to replace lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    150 g

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Green onions

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

With beans drain, cut into small cubes cucumbers and boiled pork

Cut onion into thin semi rings, cilantro chop. Add spices

In a bowl mix the oil, vinegar, sugar. Mix thoroughly and add salad dressing. Gently stir the salad. When serving, sprinkle with green onion.
