Cream pudding of rice and mango
To me personally this dessert similar to custard in the éclairs. At least if you don't know what he made of rice, you will never guess.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Milk

    2.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese curd

    4 Tbsp

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Lemon juice

Cooking

Rice wash, pour two cups of milk and cook on slow fire till the milk evaporate and the rice is completely soft. Should get a watery viscous mass.

Mango peel, cut from the bone pulp, chop. A few slices and leave for decoration.

To place the rice in a blender, add sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy. If it is too thick, add a little milk. You may need to add sugar or lemon juice.

Pour into kremanku and put in the cold to cool. Before serving decorate with slices of mango.
