Bulk pie with cottage cheese filling
Easy to prepare cake with tender curd.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    550 g

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Soda

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Raisins

    100 g

In a large bowl mix the flour, powdered sugar, margarine, salt and soda. All hands to knead into crumbs.

In another bowl mix the ingredients for the filling, cheese, sugar, eggs until smooth, add raisins.

To take shape, I have a 25 cm diameter., and put the greater part of the crumbs, using your hands flatten the base and sides.

Then put the stuffing.

Fall asleep on top of the remaining crumbs.

And put into the oven for 45 min. at a temperature of 190-200 degrees. Someone can be more or less guided by your oven.

So the cake looks ready. The top is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
