Arugula salad with raspberry dressing
Easy to prepare and a gourmet salad with arugula, raspberries, goat cheese and pistachios is full of vitamins and minerals. It is light, but quite rich due to the cheese and nuts. In addition, this salad looks very nice on the table.

Ingredients

  • Arugula

    200 g

  • Raspberry

    150 g

  • Goat cheese

    100 g

  • Pistachios

    70 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

1. 50 g of raspberry blend in blender and strain through a fine sieve. Add the sugar and heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring constantly.
