Lemon-lime ice cream
I love ice cream and ready to eat it in the winter and summer! ;) I present to you a delicious citrus option! Delicious creamy taste in the framing of vanilla, lemon and lime, mmm... very tasty! Try it :)

Ingredients

  • Lime

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Cream

    350 ml

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Brown sugar

    75 g

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla about 5 minutes.

Cream 10-20% pour into saucepan, add lemon zest and limes, to increase up to 85*C (or when the cream begins to pick up steam).

A thin stream pour the hot cream into the yolks with the sugar, stirring constantly with a whisk.

Put the mixture on medium heat and again bring to 85*C, stirring constantly. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Add the whipped cream 33-35%, mix well.

Pour in the lemon juice and limes, mix well.

Mass pour into ice cream maker and cook for about 25-30 minutes. ***If you do not like to feel the zest in ice cream, at this point, you can strain the mixture, pouring in the ice cream parlor.

If no ice cream maker, then pour the mixture into a container and put in the freezer. Every 40 minutes, thoroughly stir the mixture. After 1.5-2 hours the ice cream is ready.

Prepared ice cream to decompose with the help of a special spoon for kremanka/glasses/cha Scam and serve, sprinkled with lime zest.
