Description
This is my third version of the marinating loin. A mixture of mustard and horseradish gives the meat a very pleasant spicy touch! Just great, try it!
Ingredients

Loin
700 g

Soy sauce
6 Tbsp

Mustard
6 tsp

Horseradish
6 tsp
Cooking
Cut the loin into three steaks.
Grease the steaks with soy sauce and RUB it into the meat.
Mix mustard with horseradish and this mixture RUB the steaks. Put them in a plastic bag overnight.
Fry on the grill until tender. Here and ready! Help yourself!
