Cooking
Clean the peppers and the onion, wash and dry the greens. To pierce the vegetables with a blender into fine crumbs. Add the paprika, sugar and balsamic vinegar, add soy sauce. I used a classic TM "Kikkoman". Mix well to dissolve the sugar.
Pork – I loin boneless with the skin – wash, dry and cut into thick slices, not cutting through to the end. Well to smear peppery marinade on all sides, paving more in cuts. Carefully tie with cooking string, keeping the shape.
Put in a fireproof dish, on top spread the pepper mixture. Bake at 200 degrees until Browning peppers. Then reduce the temperature to 160, cover the meat with foil freely and bake until done – 45 minutes.
Sometimes meat grease dripping marinade using the silicone brush. Check the meat with a puncture, the juice should be completely transparent. Cover with foil and allow to Mature for 20 minutes before serving.
Serve hot meat, removing the skin and cut into slices. For a side dish delicious served with baked potato and boiled corn. A glass of dry wine will perfectly complement a delicious dinner.
