Orange jelly with lemon
Beautiful Sunny jelly with citrus flavor! Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    0.25 piece

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    750 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

With half of the orange to remove the zest, leave for decoration. Orange and lemon peel (leave).

Squeeze the juice with juicer.

I got almost to 250 ml of juice.

Remove the cake from the juicer, pour 0.5 liters of water, add a little orange peel, bring to boil, cook for 3-5 minutes, remove from heat and strain.

To the strained decoction add juice and sugar, stir and put back on the fire.

In a separate container dissolve starch in 250 ml of water and a thin stream with constant stirring pour into a saucepan.

Bring jelly to a boil, remove from heat, cool.

Pour into jelly cups, optional sprinkle with orange zest and serve.
