Cooking
To make the crust crunchy, you need to use breadcrumbs Panko. A link to their recipe at the bottom of this recipe. With the usual toasts, the crust will get soft, and the result will be quite different. Prepare three containers for the breading. First pour the flour. The second pour lightly beaten egg. In the third put the breadcrumbs Panko mixed with salt.
Pickled cucumber cut lengthwise into three parts.
Roll each slice of cucumber marinated in flour, then dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs Panko, firmly pressing down on the crumbs to evenly cover.
