Salad watermelon, arugula and daikon
This recipe I found in one of the cooking blogs. However, there was used the radishes, I replaced it with a daikon radish. This salad is absolutely bursting with flavor, it is impossible to describe! Be sure to try! By the way, all greens - arugula, mint, and cilantro (coriander) grown in my gradacac.

  • Watermelon

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Daikon

  • Arugula

  • Mint

  • Cilantro

  • Ginger

  • Salt

Watermelon cut a large glass or a bowl, we will need 2 slices, watermelon should both sides add few salt. Optionally, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Daikon is to grate it

Add to daikon arugula, mint, cilantro, a pinch of ginger, salt, sunflower oil "IDEAL" mix of sunflower and olive oils and mix well. It remains to assemble the salad, spread on a plate one round of watermelon, it daikon with greens, close the second slice of watermelon, spread on top a bit of daikon with greens.
