Salad with anchovy
This unusual but very tasty salad come from my mom's childhood: she first made it at school in home EC. In our family love him very much!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Beets

    300 g

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Hamsa

    500 g

  • Sunflower oil

    100 g

Cooking

Boil before the potatoes, carrots and beets in the skin.

Clean all the vegetables.

Anchovy washed, to separate the head and ranges from fillet. It is desirable to use the anchovy, the sprat, capelin, not because they have a very different taste and smell. I used to make this salad only with Hamsa charm.

To cut all the cubes products. Beets postpone separately, pour into it sunflower oil, mix well.

Mix all the ingredients. Optionally, salt. I usually don't salt. Ready salad you can decorate with greenery.
