Ice cream with Nutella and pistachios
In fact, here are two recipes - homemade chocolate-hazelnut spread and ice cream with her. You can stop at the stage of cooking of pasta and enjoy it every morning with toast or just eat it with a spoon, because it's insanely delicious. And you can go ahead and cook a delicious and pretty healthy ice-cream that is eaten, of course, much faster than pasta because of its soft, silky texture can leave no one indifferent, and the salty pistachios add an extra piquancy. You decide!

Ingredients

  • Banana

    500 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Brown sugar

    30 g

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Pistachios

    50 g

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

First prepare the chocolate paste. Of course, you can take the finished pasta in the store, but I have more confidence in composition. In a water bath or in a microwave oven melt the chocolate on minimum power. Important! do not overheat the chocolate, otherwise it will be lumpy. Better to wait for a slight softening of the chocolate and then melt the rest, just stirring the chocolate.

On a dry pan fry the nuts until the appearance of a slightly brown crust. In the bowl of a mixer, mix the nuts, half of the brown sugar and grind everything into fine crumbs.

Whip the cream. To melted chocolate, add the pieces of softened butter, honey, nut mix and stir to dissolve the sugar. Then gently stir in the cream. Chocolate pasta is ready. You can stop at this stage, to shift it in a clean container and refrigerate for several hours for thick.

Bananas peel, cut arbitrarily. In a pan melt the butter, gently mix with it the remaining sugar and, stirring, cook over medium heat until caramel. Half of the bananas to put in the caramel, carefully (!) pour brandy and cook for another couple of minutes, trying to stir the bananas so that they are evenly coated with caramel.

In a blender, grind the rest and caramelized bananas to the state puree.

Gently stir pasta and bananas. If you make ice cream in ice cream maker, then freeze the mixture for about 40 minutes. If in the freezer, then freeze will have about 4 hours. At the same time every 40-50 minutes, you need to get and gently stir ice cream to avoid crystallization.

Salted pistachio peel and chop in a blender to a state of large crumbs. Form balls of ice cream, top liberally sprinkle with chopped pistachios and enjoy. Bon appetit!
