Cookies with figs
Dough with the Fig filling is very well, these cookies can be considered low-calorie and at the same time tasty and unusual, excellent festive table decoration.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    60 g

  • Powdered sugar

  • Sugar

  • Figs

    250 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

Make filling: figs well and cut away my hard tails, honey, cinnamon, zest and lemon juice are sent to the blender.

Grind to a paste.

Take the paste: curd mix with the flour, add the flour little by little, it might be less, maybe a little more depending on the cheese. If you add sugar, its the same here, I did not add, because the filling is sweet enough.

Divide the dough into two parts, each part roll out to a thickness of 1-2 mm (very important to roll out the dough thinly!) The dough is easy to roll out, most importantly, good flour with one and the second side, and a rolling pin also dusted with flour.

On the rolled out dough spread half of the filling, not reaching the edges 0.5 cm.

Roll up the roll. Wrap it in foil and put on 15-20 (no less) minutes in the freezer.

Vystelim a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Take out rolls from the freezer, cut into slices thick 1 cm Spread on a baking sheet.
