Cake
This is a cake from my childhood!!! Mom baked it special for me every year for my birthday. Today, I invite you to tea with the taste of a fairy tale. PS this recipe I site is not found, if repeated please forgive!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    2.5 cup

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Flour

    5.5 cup

  • Butter

    450 g

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Cocoa powder

    1.5 tsp

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    1.5 cup

Cooking

Margarine to mix with sugar.

Milk, lightly beat egg.

Milk to mix with margarine and add flour to make a stiff dough. (I got the 5.5 Cup)

Dough knead well, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1.5 hours.

The milk to the boil in two separate pots (each pot of 1 Cup milk). In every pot to pour the same amount of sugar to taste (I do 1 tbsp)

In the same saucepan add the cocoa (which I slightly diluted with milk, to avoid lumps). The amount of cocoa depends on what flavor and color you want.

In both pan add 1tbsp. L. gelatin, stir until it is completely dissolved. This is our jelly base for decorative eggs. From such quantity of milk obtained 8 eggs - 4 white and 4 brown.

Jelly based filled into the prepared egg shells. I cook it like this :when I use the eggs first, wash them with baking soda under running water nagbigay shells from the blunt end (seen in the photo) washed egg shells under running water again. Then boil the water and dissolve it in baking soda (about 3st. liters per 1 liter of water) and pour boiling water over the shells for 20 minutes, then washed under running water, dry and use as needed.

Take out the dough from the refrigerator and mince dispensing on the baking sheet. The pan does not need lubricate, the dough is quite greasy. And otpravlen our firewood in a preheated 180 degree oven until it is thoroughly not to brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Prepare the cream: soft butter, beat with condensed milk.

Add ground knife walnuts (nuts should be not too small to be felt in the cake). And again whisk.

The cooled sticks slightly broken by the hands that the pieces were not very large, in order to be able to interfere. Mix with the prepared cream, and spread on a round platter in the form of a nest. Sent in the refrigerator to frozen cake. The cake must not be impregnated, dough should remain sand, crisp.

When the eggs freeze, remove them from the shell like a normal boiled egg and spread in the middle of our nest. All the cake is ready, you can pour the tea and enjoy. Bon appetit!!!
