Caramelized oranges
A great addition to the tea party or snack to a light alcoholic drink! My sweet tooth was satisfied))) In recipe I stumbled long ago, but all hands did not reach to make. Finally decided to try and have not regretted! now a favorite treat of my family=)

Oranges, in my case they got 4 things, wash and cut into circles with a width of about 0.5 cm Boil a small amount of water, dip our slices in boiling water somewhere in the 3-5 minutes to left bitterness. Then pull out and lay them on a paper towel (I have at the time of cooking under the hand towels were not available, so had to use plain paper, but it does not hurt to apelsinka) and soak the oranges or just give them a little dry.

Take a saucepan or frying pan, to whom that is convenient. Fill the bottom with a layer of sugar, spread on it a layer of oranges, which are then also covered with a layer of sugar. Continue to put oranges in the same sequence, constantly prisypaya another layer of oranges and sugar. It is noteworthy that the latest (final) layer should be of sugar. Pour all the water so that the slices were covered with water. In my case the water got about 0.5 l.

Put on the fire, bring to boiling, diminish the fire and cook.

Cook until until the peel is tender and transparent. Really all depends on the oranges - the thicker the peel, the longer have to cook. For me it took about 1.5 hours.

Spread slices on paper. Allow to cool. If you want the oranges were more dry, then put them in the oven at a temperature of 100-120* for 15-20 min. See that not burnt! I prefer the more mellow version, so the oven is not used.
