Salad with arugula, salmon and ginger
Last night it dawned on me this recipe. I made it up, and then cooked on time, having, three, and - voila! my evening dinner immediately became festive and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Arugula

    30 g

  • Salmon

    30 g

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Tomato

    0.5 piece

  • Ginger

    30 g

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Olive oil

    10 ml

Cooking

All the ingredients are for one serving. All layers. First on the plate put a handful of arugula.

Cheese cut into cubes, put in the arugula.

Salmon (I had trout) cut into strips, put on arugula with feta cheese. Then ginger.

Half the tomatoes, finely dice.

Season with olive oil and pepper.

Pour salad sauce.
