This cake main cream. The cake was named "Eastern" because the cream is part of the halva. The cream turned out very tasty and unusual. I think it will be suitable for other types of baking, especially for cookies with filling and wafer sticks. With this cream waffles don't get soggy.

Cooking
RUB the paste on a small grater.
Halva mixed with condensed milk and jam with a sour taste. I took a blackcurrant, but would fit and citrus.
Add the zest and citric acid. Knead well. The cream turns thick, elastic, pasty.
The cream is convenient to smear silicone spatula.
On cake left 8 wafer sheets of A4. Decorate with nuts and wafer rolls
