Cucumber salad
Interesting version of the closure of cucumbers for the winter

Ingredients

  • Garlic

  • Black pepper

    2 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    100 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vinegar

    250 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    250 ml

Slice the cucumber crosswise in half and lengthwise into 4 pieces

Mix 2 tablespoons pressed garlic 2 tbsp black pepper, 2 tbsp koreandra beans, 100 g of salt, 200 g sugar, 250 g 6% vinegar, 250 g of sunflower oil. Pour the chopped cucumber and leave for 3 hours (cover)
