Chicken kebab
When we are dealing with a chicken fillet, there is a risk that the shish kebab will turn out dry. And like the same, so the chicken was juicy, tasty and melted in your mouth. I guarantee You that this recipe skewers will be very gentle! There is a little secret. Go - tell! And I want to say a few words about the taste of the dish, the chicken turns out juicy, with a fine touch of smoke.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

    0.125 tsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Bacon

    50 g

To make the marinade. Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey and grated on a fine grater garlic. Pour the marinade fillet, mix thoroughly and refrigerate at least 1 hour (more is better).

Mix spices: black pepper, Basil, red pepper bitter, curry, and turmeric.

So we got to the secret ingredient: bacon. It will give our barbecue juiciness and the flavour. Cut 4 strips of bacon with a thickness of 1 cm. Chop the bacon in a blender until smooth (very important!) state, mix with spices. If you just put a piece of bacon on skewers, you won't get the same effect of juiciness.

I cooked in the convection oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Flip the skewers need when the bacon is slightly melted.
