Muffins made with chicken liver
Gentle, fragrant, rosy muffins and asks in his mouth! (This is my first small anniversary: the 50th recipe!)

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    800 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Semolina

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Onion

    1 piece

Cooking

Skip the liver and onions through a meat grinder.

Add soy sauce"Kikkoman", it gives a special flavor to the muffins. Salt and pepper to taste. Note that the sauce is too salty, don't overdo it!

Drive egg and mix well.

Add the semolina, let stand for half an hour to croup are swollen.

Add the flour, stir until smooth. The mass becomes quite liquid.

Grease the tins with melted butter or margarine.

Pour mixture over the molds. I poured half to quickly cooked.

Bake at 200 C for about 15-20 min until Golden brown. Time depends on oven and size of tins.

Of the remaining dough ( I didn't have molds), I fried the fritters.
