Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    200 g

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Raisins

    30 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Dry red wine

    30 ml

  • Vinegar

    10 ml

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Walnuts

  • Chicken egg

Boil in salted water with diced carrots and beets. Separately, boil in salted water and diced potatoes. Vegetable broths to connect and save, and chopped vegetables drain in a colander, then mix with the chopped pickles, diced onions, green peas, raisins.

From vegetable broth, vegetable oil, wine, lemon juice, black pepper, salt and mustard to prepare the marinade, bring it to a boil and immediately pour the vinaigrette marinade. Allow to stand for 30 minutes. Decorate with walnuts and eggs in the form of a turtle. Bon appetit!
