Canape with brie cheese and pumpkin
Mini-sandwiches, so typical French buffet

Ingredients

  • Bread

    4 slice

  • Soft cheese

    50 g

  • Pumpkin

    50 g

  • Red onion

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • A mixture of spices

    0.333 tsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Mint

Bread cut into small rectangular pieces and browned in a dry frying pan

In olive oil lightly fry the slices of pumpkin and red onion

Sprinkle with herbs, add honey and cook for another 2-3 minutes so that the onions and pumpkin are evenly coated with honey

Brie cheese cut into pieces

On toasted slice of bread place a slice of brie cheese, warm spicy pumpkin and onions. Decorate with mint
