Chicken Snapshot
Chicken cooked according to this recipe, turns out juicy, soft and tender, and prepared so quickly and easily. This chicken can be prepared in advance, wrap in foil and store in the fridge. Can be served as a festive table and to the daily meal. Also nice to do with a chicken sandwich for Breakfast. The use of soy sauce prevents the addition of salt and various spices. The chicken turns out beautiful and fragrant.


  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml


Chicken little beat.
Pan with oil well escalate. Put fillet and fry until Golden brown, flip and brown again. It happens quickly, within a couple of minutes. Cover to cover is not necessary.
Add to the pan soy sauce, water and lemon juice.
Cover with a lid and simmer for a few moments, the fire is not to subtract! Flip and leave for another five minutes.
Can be cut immediately or cool, whatever.
