Very healthy dessert
This dessert really - a healthy dessert! Elegant taste, bright color is the modest description of this temptation!!! But most importantly (for me) that is prepared quickly and without the hassle!!!

Ingredients

  • Blueberries

    200 g

  • Raspberry

    200 g

  • Cherry

    200 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Oats

    115 g

  • Walnuts

    115 g

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

To defrost fruits, not drain the juice!You can use fresh fruit!

Cherries cut into pieces!

To thawed fruit add 2 tbsp flour and honey.

Mix well.

Put them into molds (I have the diameter of the molds of about 10 cm).

To connect Flaxseed and oatmeal (I added wheat flakes).

We add chopped walnuts and ground almonds.

Add honey, brown sugar, 2 tbsp flour and vegetable oil.

Mix well.

Sprinkle oat mixture of fruit in tins.

Put cherries.

Cherries sprinkle with oatmeal, or, if left, the oat mixture.

Optionally, top with honey to pour. In duhovochku - 190*C for 20 minutes. Feeding should be warm, although we liked it cold, too delicious!!! In my opinion, it would be good to add a bit of cinnamon!!!
