Cooking
Egg mix with 0.5 cups of sugar.
Add 2 tbsp condensed milk, 2 tbsp cocoa, 3 tbsp sour cream, melted margarine.
Mix the flour with soda and add to the dough.
Pour into shape and bake. The form should be small. I d=17 cm Ready Korzh cut into 2 parts (I have 3 I have).
While dough is baked, make the cream. Cook from semolina 0.5 cups milk, 0.5 Cup sugar and 3 tbsp semolina.
Soft beat butter (I added a little less than 200g). To the oil add the cooled semolina and whisk. And in the fridge.
Cook the glaze of sour cream, cocoa and sugar. Cook, stirring, for 10-15 minutes. The finished cake coat with cream, top covered with glaze. My cake was three tiered. So the icing isn't cooked, and the whole cake bedspreads cream.
