Very tender... very tasty... very easy cake. It was made with love for my beloved husband on Valentine's day.

Cooking
Chop the strawberries in a blender.
Put it in a pan, add sugar and part orange juice.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat and remove to cool. Soluble gelatin to dissolve the remaining orange juice, allow to swell for 40-60 min. to Warm up, without leading up to boiling, with continuous stirring until dissolved and strain. Pour, stirring, into the strawberry filling. Leave it to cool in a cool place.
For the test to separate the yolks from the whites.
The yolks, gradually add 2 tbsp sugar. Beat the whites with the pinch of salt in a cool foam, then a thin stream add sugar and continue to beat. In a separate bowl, combine the cornstarch and flour, and half of this mixture, add to the yolks.
One-third of the protein mass to enter into the yolks.
Then add the remaining mixture of flour, starch and protein residues.
The bottom of a split form (I 26 cm) cake of grease (the walls do not lubricate!), sprinkle with flour and put the dough, smooth the surface. Bake the cake until done in the preheated to 180C degree oven for about 35 minutes.
The finished cake to get out of shape and cool.
Cream to cool, pour into a saucepan and whisk. In whipped cream add the yogurt, continuing to whisk.
Gradually, parts, add to the yogurt strawberry mixture. And stir everything well.
Put the cake together. Detachable form to wrap foil or plastic, to put on the bottom cake layer.
Pour the filling over the crust and put into the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours so the filling has time to zastynut.
When the filling hardens - decorate the cake to your liking. I used frozen strawberries, blackberries and jelly cake.
Here is the jelly cake I used! Cool and handy thing! It does not require soaking, and freezes in minutes! PS Products for the decoration of the top of the cake was not included in the main ingredients, because everyone can decorate the cake differently.
