Far Breton
Basis.. this is something between sand and cupcake batter, and cream.. as always an improvisation option.. very delicate and airy!..

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Condensed milk

    50 g

  • Pudding

    1 piece

Cooking

1. Butter, beat until white or get)) add the powdered sugar ..

2. Add 1 egg .. stir until smooth ..

3. In a mass beat the egg yolks .. beat ..

4. Add flour ..

5. Our dough ..

6. Form grease with oil, then sprinkle with flour ..

7. Spread the dough .. in the fridge .. for at least 2 hours,

8. Bake about 180 degrees for 30 minutes, (see what your oven!... I have an electric, and even the blowout include.. preparing for 25-30 minutes ... ideally 40 minutes.. don't know karoche) + 10 minutes to cool.... and you can eat!!!... but ... we continue :)

9. In fact, the cream here is not included, but I did))) butter whipped with condensed milk.... where the 100 g butter and 50 g of condensed milk...and..... pudding!)))) here is a ... I have candy .. though can any. probably..... just went poking around the kitchen..think of what to do, all that is found!))) All of this beat!! whisk and whisk!!!!!
