Rice with green beans
Recipe from the series: "Fast, easy, and very tasty"! Easy to prepare dish that you can easily diversify by adding mushrooms, shrimp or chicken. In General, anything that your heart desires. I invite you to treat yourself!

Figure wash and boil until tender. To cook rice I prefer in a double boiler, but you can in the usual way. For this recipe, I chose the rice variety "Basmati" from TM "Mistral". You can also use yesterday's rice, or boiled in advance that will speed up the cooking process

Onion, peel the garlic and finely chop. Dates remove the bone and cut as well. Carrot cleanse and RUB on a coarse grater.

Pepper wash, remove seeds and cut into strips.

On high heat, heat the pan, add the oil. Fry the onion and garlic with the addition of dried Basil. Fry stirring constantly until soft, somewhere 1-2 minutes

Then add carrots, green beans, figs and pepper. Fry all together on high heat, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes

To the sauteed vegetables add the rice, soy sauce and sugar. Stir and salt to taste. Reduce the heat to medium, cover with a lid and leave for a few minutes.
