Mushroom eggplant
Hello!I present to you another recipe of eggplant that can be eaten immediately. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1.5 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • A bouillon cube

    1 piece

Cooking

Eggplant peel, wash, cut into cubes.

To drive 2 eggs, carefully mix everything and put into the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.

The eggplant has cooled down. Spread on a pan with vegetable oil....
