Hello!I present to you another recipe of eggplant that can be eaten immediately. Help yourself!
Ingredients

Eggplant
1.5 kg

Chicken egg

Mayonnaise
4 Tbsp

Parsley

A bouillon cube
1 piece
Cooking
Eggplant peel, wash, cut into cubes.
To drive 2 eggs, carefully mix everything and put into the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.
The eggplant has cooled down. Spread on a pan with vegetable oil....
....and fry.
To shift the eggplant to the pan with a spoon, leaving the oil in which they fried on a pan.
Add the mayonnaise, chopped parsley and Maggi bouillon cube (mushroom). Try it Maggi(mushroom). I did with the other dice - not.
