Spicy meat salad
Very tasty and hearty salad, perfect for a casual and festive table.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    200 g

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Gherkins

    4 piece

  • Onion

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

Onion cut into thin quarters of the rings, sprinkle with sugar and pour the vinegar (full strength), leave on for 15 minutes

Beets cut into thin sticks, add a little bit of oil (less stained the rest of the ingredients).

Carrots, pepper, potatoes cut in small cubes, add pickled onions (vinegar does not pour out, and add to it water, it will come in handy for salad dressing)

add the cut cubes of meat, salt, pepper to taste.

Make a dressing: a clove of garlic finely chop, mix with cilantro (parsley), gently rubs with a spoon, add 3 tbsp. of divorced (remaining after the onions)vinegar, vegetable oil.

Of the remaining beets notch cut out flower petals for decoration
