Salad-cocktail with salmon and spinach
A salad that can be prepared on a festive table, and in everyday life. The benefits of vegetables and fish are undeniable, so I think you can accept the fact that the salad is dressed with mayonnaise ;)

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    400 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Spinach

    50 g

  • Pineapple

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

Required products (mayonnaise myself, so it there is not present).

Salmon cut into small pieces and put in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, not more, and they break.

Pineapple peeled, cut into cubes.

Scrape the carrots and slice thinly, or grate on a grater for Korean carrot.

Mix mayonnaise with ketchup, add pepper.

The salad mix. Can be served in a salad bowl or a La carte. Fill the sauce when serving.
