Quick marinated tomatoes
This recipe is suitable for those who don't want to wait for winter yet infusions or closed Bank.

So, you must first prepare the tomatoes, i.e., to "strip" them.For this I made a small incision on the tomatoes(only one!!!!).Continue to fold the tomatoes in a deep bowl and pour boiling water. 30 seconds boiling water to merge and fill the tomatoes with cold water. After this the skin is removed without any problems.

All the "naked" tomatoes cut in half (just under the incision, which we've done before) and put in a jar.Cover with water. Then drain the water into a small saucepan. It is necessary to accurately measure the required volume of water. I got just 1 liter. If the water turns more or less than a liter, then the amount of spices and everything else you need to count.

In metered water put all spices, salt and sugar. Bring to boil, boil for a few minutes and let the marinade cool down.

In the cooled marinade add the vinegar and pour it into the jar with the tomatoes. I put the jar in the fridge. The tomatoes were ready in a couple of days.
