Over the weekend or on holidays can be your favorite treat here such pies with cheese and greens. And sweet, I recommend to cook with Apple and cinnamon. Delicious! Welcome aboard, help yourself.

Let's start with the dough. Mix in bowl of dry ingredients, add vinegar, mix thoroughly. Add the eggs, warm water and again whisk.

Begin to add the flour little by little while knead the dough with a whisk. The exact amount of flour to the gram it is difficult to specify since it depends on the flour. I sifted 1kg of flour in a separate bowl. When finished kneading the dough, I weighed the remaining flour. I was left with 120 grams. So I needed 880 grams of flour.
