Bourdy with mushrooms
Bourdy is a snack that is perfect for a glass of good wine in good company. You can cook it in the oven, the stove, the fireplace or in a microwave oven. Offer you the option of mushrooms, although they can be replaced with sweet peppers, but in this case you should exclude the nutmeg.

Ingredients

  • Feta

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

If you do snack in the oven, you should preheat to 200 degrees. So, cut the garlic in thin slices, onion thin half-rings.

Mushrooms cut into thin plates. Parsley finely shinkuem.

For feta spread, onion, garlic, mushrooms and parsley.

In a bowl mix 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp honey, a dash of salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.

Pour mixture feta with mushrooms and vegetables and put in the microwave for 4-5 minutes (at power 800 W) or in the oven for 20 minutes. When cooking bourdy in the oven, the form should cover with a lid or foil so that the sauce does not evaporate. Or you can bake right in the foil, folding the 2 pieces crosswise, put the feta and the rest of the ingredients and closing the top edges of the foil.
