Cream mousse marshmallow
Tastes like a lot of famous cake of the Soviet era of the disassembled halves of marshmallows drenched in cream sauce %), This cream can be used also for impregnation of sponge cakes or filling sand baskets.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Marshmallows

    250 g

Sour cream (the fatter the cream, the airy mousse) and place in a blender and mix for 1 minute.

Gradually add the broken pieces of marshmallows (I used vanilla candy), whisking until then, until you get a smooth creamy mass. The density of the mousse can be "adjusted" by increasing or decreasing the amount of marshmallow. You can add oily nuts of your choice. Serve in a Martini glass, garnish with a few nuts, of course, if not using as a cream:) I used as impregnation for manna on the local recipe. Here's a simple, and at the same time, not just dessert. Chose it for my first recipe... Bon appetit!
