Okroshka on kefir
How I cook it. Love it on a hot summer afternoon.

Ingredients

  • Green onions

  • Greens

  • Cucumber

  • Potatoes

  • Chicken egg

  • Sausage

  • Lemon

  • Yogurt

  • Water

  • Salt

Cooking

Green onions cut into rings directly into the pot, add salt and mash these with a potato masher.
