Roll
Offer to your attention a very easy to prepare roulade, and most importantly, very tasty! This loaf can be eaten as a separate dish, and serve with any side dish.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

  • Minced meat

    300 g

Prepare our rolls. To start, grate on a small (or medium) grater cheese. Cheese is desirable to choose varieties less salty (I took the usual "Russian").

Add the mayonnaise (TM "Maheev" with lemon juice) and all mix well.

Pour egg and cheese mixture on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Even out to form the shape of a rectangle. Put in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for 15 minutes.

While our meatloaf is cooked, let's prepare the filling. Minced meat (I have pork+beef) I was ready, the meat was ground with onions. If the stuffing without onions, it is necessary to pre-fry and add to farsh. So, in forcemeat add the egg and mix well.
