Cooking

step-0
The first thing we need to cook the dressing to marinated. For we take the tomatoes (the plum book again... and I have this distribution slivovnik cherry)). So, tomatoes, cut in half, remove seeds and finely chop enough. Put in a bowl.
step-1
Also finely cut onion (I used shallots). Add to the tomatoes onions and everything you need, namely: ketchup (recipe can be found here http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/790 79/), Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, some Tabasco sauce, juice of 1 lemon, balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, tarragon and parsley. Then I had to back off... without the parsley. All mix well, cover with cling film and put in the fridge before serving. Just in case — at least 20 minutes!
step-2
Now for the meat. We need a great beef tenderloin. Beautiful, really?)) Just put the oven to heat up to 200 degrees, with the meat, remove all the film, seasoning with salt and pepper. The heat on a medium heat pan with 2 tbsp olive oil and fry the tenderloin on each side side for 1,5 — 2 minutes. Put the meat on a hot pan or other heatproof dish and put into the oven for 25 minutes. 25 minutes is so right, with a pink middle. My husband and I prefer full fried... So I put the meat in 35 minutes.
step-3
Finished cutting, you need to shift to a warm dish and leave for 10 minutes. To serve its need warm or at room temperature. Cut into thick slices and put with tomatoes and arugula.
