Crispy potatoes with rosemary
The rare case when it's time to forget about modesty and without any reserve to say that the potatoes came out truly GORGEOUS! All baked potatoes are surprisingly always managed, but this exceeded all expectations - it will take pride of place in the list of "pearls collection"!! Fragrant, with a crispy crust... perhaps I will cook it tomorrow for lunch again!! Bon appetit, AA.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Olive oil

    15 ml

  • Rosemary

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Bread crumbs

    200 g

Potatoes are washed, peeled, cut in equal slices, place in a deep bowl. Sprinkle the potatoes with olive oil, mix thoroughly-hands are best by wearing gloves!

Add spices, stir again. Sprinkle the potatoes with breadcrumbs, mix well but lightly so that all the breadcrumbs left in the bowl. If you have time, every slice of potato, roll in bread crumbs, which I'll do next time!

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Put potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes at the same temperature.
