Pork in cheese pastry
This recipe I saw in an old magazine, the original used the Turkey but because I have a freezer full of pork, it was a sin not to use it)))

Ingredients

  • Pork

    250 g

  • Cheese

    125 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Milk

    30 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    75 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

Cooking

Nuts to grind into flour. Mix the cottage cheese, milk, egg, flour, vegetable oil, nuts. Knead elastic dough. I have entrusted this work to combine.

The dough will be soft and supple. Wrap it in cling film and put for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

The meat is cut into thin strips, rubbed with salt and pepper (or other spices to taste) and fry on all sides.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4mm, cut thin stripes and obvolakivaet pieces of meat. Put products on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Put it into the preheated oven for 30-40min. 15 minutes from the beginning of the baking I oiled the rolls with the egg.
