Cooking
Five thin slices of red pepper and finely chop.
Spinach wash and dry on a paper towel. To save a little for decoration.
Mix cream cheese with salmon.
Add the pepper and the chopped spinach.
The size of the ball depends only on your desire. Shape balls with a spoon for ice cream (large) or two teaspoons (for small size). Spread on finely chopped dill and gently toss.
Each ball is put on a leaf of spinach and garnish with slice of pepper.
