Jellied red fish
The recipe is good and in holiday and in the post. Simple, cheap and tasty. Please everyone who will try to cook.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Dill

  • Celery root

  • Water

    700 ml

  • Spices

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Clean the fish and cut the fillets up, including the head, skin and bones

The head, skin and bones add to the pot, add the carrots, brown onion peel, celery root, spices, pour water and put to boil
