Very easy to prepare and equally delicious snack.. I Think it could be a worthy addition to the Christmas table.
Ingredients

Ingredients.
Make a sauce: mayonnaise mixed with crushed garlic and herbs.
Then cut into not thick slices of cheese and beets. So that you can mold to cut out hearts.
And cut a heart shape pendant. I have a normal mold for the cookies, I cut out the hearts.
Grease 2 slices of beets on one side with sauce, then one slice of the beet put a slice of cheese and cover with another slice of beet.
And the sandwich is ready. Put each sandwich on a leaf of sorrel, and in the middle put the chopped carrots for decoration.
