Cooking
We will need the following products.
Buckwheat grind in a coffee grinder. Not sifting, we need a coarse grind. Buckwheat I always take unground Mistral in packages. I really like it because it is clean, rinse and iterate it is not necessary. So, connect ground buckwheat, flour, wort, ginger, salt, sugar, pressed garlic and stir. To this mixture add 4 tbsp of vegetable oil and water, mix well. After adding another 2 tbsp oil and knead a soft elastic dough. It should not stick to hands.
The dough out thinly with a thickness of 2-3 mm. Cut into diamonds, rectangles or squares, as you will prompt your imagination. Put the loaves on a greased baking sheet and place in preheated oven. Bake at 160-180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
While it was baking bread, the aroma was just wonderful!
No sooner had the bread to cool, and they're gone! Ate in one sitting! Tomorrow again have to bake... my family asked for more. Very much they liked them!
