Kuban version of the test for pies
This dough makes my grandmother, the cakes are soft, and the next day even better! Though they rarely remain so for long))) the Recipe is very simple and convenient.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 l

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 kg

Prepare all the foods, yogurt is required in advance, remove from refrigerator, bring to room temperature.

In kefir add salt, sugar, eggs. All carefully mix. I'm doing with a whisk, very convenient.

Separately mix 2 handfuls of flour with yeast. Pour the mixture into the yogurt. mix well. Mass the consistency should be slightly thicker than sour cream. Add vegetable oil, stir again.

Add the remaining flour, knead the dough.

Now take a clean, dry, deep bowl, lightly sprinkle with the bottom and edges with flour, put on the bottom of the pastry, cover with paper or towel. Leave in a warm place for 40 min.

To get it on the table, knead lightly, "That lightness of hands you can't score", as grandma always says! And you can shape the patties with your favorite fillings. We have liver with potatoes!
