Buckwheat with vegetables out of the oven
Very easy to prepare pineapple garnish. It turns out crispy, delicious, aromatic, preserved vegetable colors.


  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Green peas

    1 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    8 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Greens

    6 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices


The ingredients garnish "Buckwheat with vegetables".
Carrot and sweet pepper wash, clean and cut into cubes. Mushrooms washed and cut into quarters. Peel the garlic and with herbs and finely chop. Green peas and buckwheat separately wash well.
All the chopped vegetables, greens, mushrooms, peas and buckwheat put in a deep bowl, add salt, pepper (ground), Bay leaf. All mix well. Next, take heat-resistant pots (or one pot a little more-always with a lid!), put in the buckwheat and vegetable mixture, pour it with cold (filtered) water exactly at the surface of the vegetables on top, add a piece of butter, cover with lids and put in the oven for 45 minutes at 200 degrees.
After 45 minutes, our garnish "Buckwheat with vegetables" ready! And asks on the table! Believe me (and can verify) - the taste is incomparable!!!
