  • Salmon

    4 piece

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Kiwi

    3 piece

  • Cranberry

    6 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Mint

    3 Tbsp

Kiwi and pear cut into cubes, green onions, and mint finely chopped.

Sliced fruits and herbs to put in a Cup, add dried cranberries and season with beaten sauce of lemon juice and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Salsa let stand for thirty minutes, stirring occasionally.

The salmon steaks salt and pepper on both sides and fry in a dry pan-grill for 2-3 minutes on each side (not perezhivajte, otherwise the fish will be dry).
