Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

  • Milk

  • Bran

  • Chicken egg

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    5 g

  • Water

    100 g

  • Sugar

    10 g

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Sunflower oil

    5 g

  • Berry sauce

Liver I cooked in the slow cooker. Washed, added sour cream, Bay leaf, spices to taste, and set the mode "fighting" 1 hour. Generally I cooked for dinner because in the photo its more than mentioned in the ingredients
