Cooking
Liver I cooked in the slow cooker. Washed, added sour cream, Bay leaf, spices to taste, and set the mode "fighting" 1 hour. Generally I cooked for dinner because in the photo its more than mentioned in the ingredients
To the milk add the bran, stir well and leave for 30-40 minutes to bran swollen. You can use any bran to your taste.
Then add soda, starch, eggs, salt, sugar, knead well. Add 100g of hot boiled water.
The cooled liver mash well with a fork for softness and richness of the added cream sauce, which was formed in the stewing process. The mixture should be creamy
Now fry small pancakes. I had the diameter of about 15cm. Pan grease with vegetable oil, I did it through cooking brush to oil as much as possible. Fire more than average to fry the pancakes. Out of this number of products I got 13 pancakes.
Each warm pancake coat liver pate, add chopped green onion, turn into a tube
Pancakes served with cranberry sauce D arbo on a large plate, decorate with lettuce leaves or any fresh herbs of Your choice. Bon appetit!!!
