Description
Warren is a French dish silt, and true form of serving dishes in small portion cups. Warren first appeared in France in the network of restaurants “Miсhelin-starred” in approximately 2001. And very soon became extremely popular. So, one may bring an appetizer, salad, and dessert. The basic rule is that the layers must be of a contrasting color and taste. As a rule, verrine served in small piles (100-150 ml). But since we're going camping... that is, on a picnic, you can make and here's a giant portion.

Cooking
For making pesto, we need a peeled almond. Many, I think, know how to clean it, but just in case I is illustrated. Almond pour boiling water for 5-10 minutes, then peel with it well removed.
Parch the almonds in a skillet. In a blender place the almonds, arugula (save some for the cheese layer), grated Parmesan cheese, garlic cloves, olive oil.
Grind until a homogeneous mass. Add to taste salt, pepper.
Tomatoes also pour over boiling water, remove the skin. Cut into small cubes.
Cream cheese mixed with finely chopped greens, add the dark soy sauce Blue Dragon. Salt a little if necessary.
Put in jars (cups) layers. First the tomatoes, then the cheese and top with pesto.
